      Here are a few basic exercises you can try at home:

      Lateral Neck Tilts

      Gently bring your ear toward your shoulder until a stretch is felt. Hold for 15 seconds each side.

      Seated Chin Tucks

      Look straight ahead and gently pull your chin backwards. Great for correcting forward head posture.

      Shoulder Rolls

      Roll shoulders up, back, and down in a fluid circular motion to relieve upper trapezius tension.

      Neck Rotations

      Slowly look left over your shoulder, then right. Do 5 repetitions per side keeping shoulders relaxed.
