Dry Needling Acupuncture can be used to treat sports related Acute or chronic type pain. It involves the insertion of fine needles into the muscle in the region of a "Trigger Point".
The needles are sterile and very fine and will only be inserted at the surface of the skin, a dull ache may be felt but you should not experience any pain.
