Started my journey on October 2025 when this first pain episode happened. I followed conservative management analgesia and simple exercise at home . I improved but not 100% then I went for IDP treatment which make my condition worsen. I started late to search for private physiotherapist. I found Ms sports, my condition was difficult as I developed scoliosis. Hamza and his team Ali and palwasha work with me as an effective team. They did their best with me in addition when I have flare up ,they were with me whenever I need them. Eventually my condition didn't improve and I had to do a surgery. During my recovery, I used the excersis that I learnt from Ali and Hamza especially breathing techniques and how to set or stand up. Those excersis are crucial in post op period because the disc need to heal correctly. I am still in the recovery period so my journey still on. I highly recommend Ms sports ; they are professional and experienced enough to deal with my difficult situation. They tailored the management plan according to my situation not a generic one. Thank you so much indeed. Mike AkaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great experience with Dr Adan. I highly recommend her service. She has been fantastic in identifying and treating root causes for several injuries I have been carrying. Found all the sessions super helpful and aided my recovery. Dr Adan demonstrates great knowledge, whilst also being professional and personable. We have been working on a treatment plan that is seeing progress. Would definitely recommend! Jacob HatwellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Outstanding care, true expertise and genuine results. After years of navigating a complex chronic issue, consulting a GP, a private neurologist, NHS physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, and massage therapists, I still lacked a diagnosis for chronic pain issues, and often felt like my condition was only ever being managed rather than truly treated. Zeshan was the first health practitioner who truly understood the underlying root cause of my issue, tracing a series of hip and spine misalignments back to an old ankle injury. Over the course of 8 sessions, we made remarkable progress. My neck and shoulder tension dropped significantly, and my recurring headaches have stopped. His approach combines hands-on expertise with a home exercise and mobility routine that actually delivers results. If you are looking for someone who takes the time to properly assess, listen and map out a real path toward recovery, Zeshan is exceptional at what he does, I can't recommend him highly enough! Umar JatalaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I received direct physiotherapy treatment for my back pain from Dr. Adan Nehal and it was a truly excellent experience. The way she explained what the root cause of my problem is, made me trust the process more. Their guidance and support played a big role in my recovery, and I’m sincerely grateful.
